I am a teenager trying to be different
I am a child wanting to grow up
I am an actress waiting for a line to make everyone smile
I am the sun streaming through your fingers
I am the shadow dancing on the water
I am the happy dog baking in the morning sun
I am the time that seems to slip away
I am the caterpillar that envies every butterfly
I am a rock clinging to a cliff
I am a termite gnawing away at nothing
