April 1 Acclimate Opening Night
A world-premiere inspired by Ibsen?s Lady from the Sea and commissioned by the Commonweal, Acclimate is set in contemporary Lanesboro. Join the playwright and director at a pre-show reception at 6:30 pm at the Cornucopia Art Center. Be among the first to see the opening production at 8:00 pm. April 14-29 Film: An Enemy of the People will be shown at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival from April 14 to April 29. With their screen version of An Enemy of the People, director Erik Skjoldbj�rg and script writer Nikolaj Frobenius have undertaken a radical but well-functioning modernization of Ibsen’s drama.
